Campett Group, LLC was formed in 2013 by several professionals with construction industry experience who came together with the goal of providing our clients with a hands on approach to construction projects. The Company works with its clients to ensure that projects are completed on time and within the agreed budget.
Campett Group’s principals have a combined 55+ years’ experience in both private and public construction projects involving commercial, retail, professional, mixed use, senior living and medical office properties; heavy highway and transportation projects; and consultant work on numerous projects. The Company has completed several recent projects in the Tri-State area including at the corporate facilities of Mercedes Benz, BMW of North America, and Sony Electronics. Completed the renovation of an existing 15,000 sq. ft. commercial office building for DDS Dental Supply’s new headquarters in Montvale, New Jersey.
Design and installation of a chiller unit for a church in Emerson, New Jersey.
Completed numerous projects for BMW of North America (4 buildings and site work) at its North American headquarters in Montvale, New Jersey.
Completed new 2,000 sq. ft. high end commercial fit-up for Castle Lanterra Properties in Montebello NY.
Complete renovations, alterations and miscellaneous repairs to a 16-story HUD senior living building in Hoboken, New Jersey.
Complete the new construction from the ground up of a gathering hall for a Temple in Mahwah, New Jersey.
Renovation of a 10,000 sq. ft. space for a new K-8 charter school with an indoor swimming pool in Jersey City, New Jersey.
Renovations to several Care One Health care facilities throughout the Tristate area.
Completed the construction of a 25,000 sq. ft. Trampoline Park
Consultant for ground up construction of a car wash that boasts sales of $750,000 annually.
Interior renovations and fit-up of apartments, leasing offices and lounges in 34 story mixed use building in Jersey City for large New York based development company.
Demolition, construction, and renovation work, including several wings and over 100 units, at numerous facilities for owner of assisted living and senior care facilities.
Renovation and landlord and tenant fit out work for owner of commercial industrial park on over 100,000 sq. feet of commercial space.
Multiple “ground up” projects in both New York and New Jersey.
Multiple retail fit outs for national franchises such as AT&T, Anytime Fitness and Kilwin’s Chocolate and Ice Cream
Further, the principals have been involved in the construction of several showrooms for Porcelanosa (Paramus and Upper Saddle River); car dealerships for Jack Daniels Motors, Ramsey Auto Group and Prestige Motors; several religious facilities (Lubavitch Temple, Cresskill, NJ; Temple Beth Abraham, Tarrytown, NY; Church of Jesus, Paramus, NJ) public projects, and quasi-public projects, with NJDOT, Port Authority of NY/NJ, SEPTA, MTA, NYDOT, Metro North and NJ Transit.
